Our standard process, we use a discharge under base with our soft hand plastisol chino inks for the top colors. The print remains vibrant and soft to the touch and comes close to feeling like straight discharge colors just more economical. After one wash this process will soften up more and remain durable. Keep in mind that Hybrid requires 100% cotton garments.

Plastisol is our standard process when 100% cotton garments will not be used. This is still a very vibrant and durable method when printed correctly. The downside is the print is thicker than the hybrid print so we only use straight plastisol as a last option. Most printers use plastisol as there standard ink, we use our hybrid that produces super soft vibrant prints.

Jumbo screen printing is our favorite. Our max. imprint size is 20” wide by 24” tall for Jumbo prints and 16” by 21“ tall for over sized. check out the File Prep page to see our max. imprint size for various shirt sizes. We only use our Hybrid, soft hand plastisol or if needed straight discharge colors depending on the design.

Discharge printing is a process of bleaching out the 100% cotton garment to its original color or adding pigment to discharge to achieve a desired color. PMS matching is not exact. Results vary depending on the cotton used. Discharge inks have virtually no feel. Works great when printing over seams or run-off prints.

Water based inks are the most eco friendly inks on the market. The inks are dyed into the garment achieving a super soft feel to the print. The ink of choice for organizations looking to print green. Water based inks are often used on dark garments for a vintage style print.

Printing over the zipper on hoodies is a difficult printing process that we have put hours of R & D into perfecting. Discharge or water based Inks are recommended with this type of printing. We recommend using at least an 80% cotton/20% polyester zip up. Due to the inconsistent print surface there may be some build up along the zipper edge. Registration can be inconsistent due to uneven print surface.

Available in several colors. Foil can be applied to select portions or entire images to give you the highest shine possible. We recommend only using foil as an accent to your design.

Very similar to the look of foil at a more cost effective price point. Available in a number of different colors. Metalics can be used with a discharge underbase for a soft print.
