F.A.Q.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity is 50pcs. If you need less than that, we typically recommend looking into direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. This is a service we do not offer, but you can find many companies online that will help you with your order. Our MOQ may also be higher depending on the art, print size, or garment.
?

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround will vary depending on the garment chosen, the amount of colors in the artwork, and how many finishing services are chosen. Generally, turnaround will typically vary between 10-15 business days from payment and digital proof approval. Please expect a longer turnaround for exclusive garments, high color count designs, or any added finishing services. Our winter turnaround times will generally be much quicker than our midsummer turnaround times.
?

What is the pricing for a rush fee?

Rush fees are typically priced at 10% per day sooner than standard turnaround times. If your order would already have a 12 day turnaround, and you want it 3 days sooner (9 days) then you may expect a 30% rush fee. However, this is a general rule, and if the order requires extra attention, then it may be higher. Alternatively, if the order is fairly simple, it may be less.
?

What is pricing based off of?

The main pricing factors in screen printing are quantity and color count, however your biggest factor is going to be the garment. For printing, our price breaks are currently (2023) at 50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, and 2000+. Each additional color between 1 and 12 colors will raise pricing. There are many additional factors such as ink type, print location, print size, garment type, finishings, shipping, and more.

Do I need art ready to get a quote?

Final artwork is necessary in order for us to provide an accurate quote for you.
?

The garment that I want printed isn't on your product section, can I still print it?

Yes, if there is a garment you would like from us that you don’t see on our products page, please ask your representative or send us an email and we will provide a quote for you. If it is a garment we can not get or cannot provide, we will let you know.
?

Can I supply my own garments?

We do not allow customer supplied garments outside of approved contractors. Supplying your own garments will not always save you money and there is added risk in doing so, as all of our contract policies will apply and we will not be held liable for any damaged, misprinted, or faulty goods. We do not recommend supplying your own garments or applying for contract screen printing unless you are highly experienced in the industry and willing to accept added costs and risk. For more info on becoming an approved contractor visit our page on contract screen printing.
?

How can I get a better price?

Generally speaking, try to stay as close to our quantity breaks as possible (50, 100, 200, 500, 1000, 2000). For example, if you order 95 pieces, you will be spending more total than if you order 100. It is best to stay on the low end of quantity breaks, such as ordering 55 pieces, 115 pieces, 205 pieces, etc. Avoid ordering 475 pieces unless absolutely necessary. This is a result of the industry pricing structure as print costs are discounted at those quantity breaks. You can also try to reduce color count where possible. For example, if you are able to print your 4-color logo as 1-color instead without losing necessary detail, this will lower your cost. This is especially important to keep in mind when printing multiple locations.

How do I know what ink to choose?

If you are absolutely unsure, please ask your representative and tell them a little bit about what style, look, or feel you are trying to go for. If you are still unsure, we recommend sticking with plastisol as it is the most versatile ink to use and will be the right choice in most circumstances. If you choose an ink that we feel may not be the best fit for your job, your representative will reach out to you to help explain what a better option would be. We are here to help!

How do I know what garment to choose?

To start, we always recommend sticking to what you know and like. If you’re looking to branch out, you should certainly ask your representative as they will be your expert. At the end of the day, it will depend on what your preferences are, print factors, as well as the market you are selling to.
